I sold something on here and the customer asked me to cancel for personal reasons and when i went ahead to cancel it charged her $147 can anybody explain this please

From your $1100 sale, you would only recieve $952.30 while ebay would receive $147.70.
When you cancelled the sale, you would be required to refund $952.60 and ebay would refund $147.40
