I have searched hi and low for an answer to this. Could someone please tell me how I can change my profile pic and background pic? (Not my store logo and store background pic). I've gone to "my account " "personal information " but can't find anything. Thanks in advance. David

Click on your profile picture. It should come up edit profile. On the profile picture top right there should be a little pencil icon. Click on it and upload your new jpg.

You need to go to your feeback and click on your pic first, then you will get

'edit profile'

You also have to log out and back in again - both on ebay and community

Click on your feedback number and then go to:

View eBay My World

Then click on Edit profile and click on the pencil at the top right of your picture.

Change the picture and click on Done editing,

You can't do it on a Android phone.

You need to be on the computer version of eBay to be able to change profile picture and cover pic 🙂 hope this helps

Just a couple of tips

- read the whole thread before posting

- check the dates on each post

- if an Opening Poster hasn't worked it out after 6½ years then they are unlikely to see your post
