You have been a member since 2010 I can't see any reason why you would still have a restriction.

Make sure you haven't missed any registration details and is the credit card you set up still valid? Maybe the date or something could have expired. This would trigger an automatic restriction.

Email trust and safety and ask them to investigate why this is happening.
