I posted an item for sale, an ebuyer won it and now has not contacted me or paid for the item within the 4 day period. i have opened an unpaid item dispute, but looking back over his feedback i see he has previously done this to more than half a dozen people. they have written, do not deal with, refused to pay etc, but its all under positive feedback? how can i actually report the ebayer as its not fair he is doing this to others and i cant understand how he can continue to do this?
