I have opened a case with AP tech support. HOWEVER I seem to have overcome this by logging into My Post Business (even though to my knowledge I am not a My Post Business member). It works fine, just as it used to through My Post. It would seem it is only the passage from My Post to the Sending tab which does not seem to be working. However it doesn't matter, so long as I can use this work-around in My Post Business.
