I would be bemused by a buyer delivering a satchel, even if it was a return of a pickup item. And it still wouldn't satisfy Paypal.   As a SELLER, however, I have hand delivered items to buyers who live close to me. And refunded the postage in cash for those who insisted on paying for it. And worn the extra PP fees for same.   Customer service.

Oops!  I meant a seller charging for satchel delivery but delivering it themselves.  (Ah, the perils of late night posting!) 

But you said it, customer service.  That's the kind of selling that's a credit to eBay.
