I have had this happen once, years ago. At the time the Australian dollar was strong, and I’d ordered something from the US. It didn’t arrive, I put in a refund request, and the AUD amount refunded was very slightly higher than my initial cost.

I don’t recall the amount, but it was certainly not as much as two dollars, and could have been as little as 40 cents.

The item price was, if I recall correctly, close to $200.
