Alrighty guys and gals... I've just seen something for the first time

I've got numerous items showing for offers... so I do the usual 5-10% off, which equates to a sale around 75% of the time

Anyways... when I send the offer, I get a message "this buyer is no longer eligible for offers"

Really? How does one lose their eligibility to receive an offer? This now poses another question... why exactly do I still have an item showing in seller hub as "send offers to buyers" when there is nobody I can send an offer to????

We've all heard it a million times, and now I'm saying it..... not happy, Jan 😡
