Are you sure you are in design view and not html?
Why not use a template, you can save one of your past listings that is formatted correctly as a template and then edit that to sell anything else.
Better still use a template builder, there are plenty of them free if you google, and then you only need to copy and paste the html into the html tab and there you are!
