Thanks twyngwyn!
I discussed this in depth with my business partner today and we have decided that we will first speak with AP again, then depending on that will either file a Police Report if possible, speak with the ombudsman, and then if need be use outlets like FB, or even YouTube. Although we are not a big retailer we send many hundreds of parcels per year from eBay and on our website and we receive as many from AP too. We will stop using AP both as sender and recipient where possible if this is not investigated properly. Yes, we can possibly claim insurance but we feel very strongly that this needs to be investigated and the culprit punished. In our eyes there is simply no way that 4/4 and 2/4, or 6/60 parcels lost is not unusual.
We will also be signing up with a courier company who specialise in wine delivery although they only cover some States and regions.

Here is a whole video showing the sorting process. I found 7.45 to be interesting and also noticed plenty of boxes of wine.

7.45 is indeed interesting. What the heck is she doing ... fishing?
She needs to stop pfaffing about, and just get in there!
