I have since read (on the PS board) that the price for sending a 500gm express C&S satchel is apparently $8.80 (no price on the 3kg as yet), but someone also mentioned that they were told by AP they won't "work" yet. ?:|    Perhaps the wrong code was printed on them so since they won't be charged at the right rate, they won't be processed (delivered) as express.

What a joke! I just read in the PS forum that someone spoke to C&S and you can't use them right now! "

I asked about the C&S express satchels and was told "you can't use them for the time being I'm afraid. Hopefully it won't be long though."
