This happens every time I use eBay. Last purchase was $700 so now I am down $1400 and overdrawn the extra hold of $700. This is not acceptable eBay and because of this I will not be using you any more  …sadly I can’t run my bank account like this.  moving to catch, marketplace, Amazon. I wonder if this is even legal as the funds are not pending they are completely gone for a few days before return.
