Can you give us the item number of any item that this buyer has for sale?

You can't name the buyer, but we can look at his profile ourselves.

Buyers can only get positive feedback, but you also need to look at the feedback tab LEFT FOR OTHERS, to get a better picture. 

Also, did you have a look at the paperwork like I recommended as it will list any taxes that are paid as part of the transaction. What does the paperwork say?
