Your outrage seems to be a bit time-shifted.

They have just created a new format for when you search for postage stamps only changed yesterday. It is not as easy to use as the old format. Regards 1burgess22

eBay Help is at the top of every page

They are not 24/7 however

However, it IS pointless since the cs staff read from a script, tell every person who contacts them the same thing

Nobody is going to look at it

It has'nt been escalated to tech

It won't be ironed out in 24-48 hours
