Check your payments tab, that should state when your funds will be released.
As a new seller, you funds will be on hold for 21 to 30 days, with 10% now likely held in reserve for 60 days.

Did you complete the full process correctly and get the go ahead to start selling?
If so, then as explained, your payments will be on hold until you prove yourself to eBay
