Sleep aid

G'day.

 

Do you have a question of us plebs, very few, if any, have your feedback numbers, thus have less experience than you.

I recommend warm milk with cinnamon and nutmeg, at least half an hour before going to bed; a good bed with good mattress; fresh bedding; lavender oil dabbed onto forehead; and make sure you wind down mentally about three hours before bedtime.

 


Is that the sort of aid you require?

Before the OP self-edited they asked if they could list a brand name sleep aid that was not approved by the TGA.

At 1.11am - perhaps you should try the warm milk - bit late for the lavender - hope it was a good night's rest. lol
