Well said fishy one.

I do not rely on ebay for my income, for me it gives me something to do while I am here in Australia for enough extra funds to spend on things I would have a hard time justifying if they came out of my regular income.

I do however want to make enough to make the effort worthwhile which is why as ebay has changed I have changed with it. If my sales drop below a level that means I don't make enough then I change the way I sell, adapt or die as they say.

My business model is very different to that of even 5 years ago and if I did rely on the money I make for anything other than extras I would not have all my eggs in one basket so to speak, I would certainly have my own web site and would probably sell at markets too, fortunately not being a lover of hard work or early mornings I am not going to have to any of that 😉
