combined postage

i am a seller  and want 2 sell 2 seperate listed items  to a buyer  when the buyer puts them into the cart and requests an invoice  the computer denies  it saying i dont allow combined postage   where do i change this  to allow combined postage  looked every where in ebay  can not find it

How do I enable combined payments?

  1. Go to Manage postage settings.
  2. Select Edit next to Combined Payments.
  3. Tick the box beside Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased.
  4. Select Save.

you can let them pay & refund excess postage, or list a 'special' item for them only

Or - just tell them not to use ' the cart '.
