You can end the bidding early by 'ending now' >> sell to highest bidder

You could make more money if you wait until the end of the auction though. 

In the meantime you could always through and see how Ebay actually works to save any problems in the future

I see zero feedback, and that you have indeed sold that item.

You must send that item when ebay tells you.

Have you signed up and been verified for Managed Payments?

Otherwise, you'll be back complaining that ebay is holding your money.
