As Padi said, as a new seller, your funds will be held for 30 days. In addition if you are required to have funds in reserve, a % may be held for 60 days.
Note, you are required to ship your item now, not after you actually receive the funds.
Even if you didn't have holds and had selected daily payments, you would be unlikely to have been paid yet.
You sold on Thursday; eBay sends payments around 2am, and processing of payments usually takes at least a day. Then there is the time your bank takes to process the payment. Note: banks don't operate on the weekend.
