Whether you are an employee and or have an interest in eBay, or aren't an employee, it doesn't matter. You're pretty passionate about eBay's Terms and Conditions.

When I raised the possibility about them illegally laundering my money (based on the feedback I received from Wednesday last week until now) which led me to believe that, they swept it under the rug faster than a house fly. It's just annoying that someone sat there and said 'I know, let's use HIS money to launder' lol.

Somewhat ironic, considering managed payments was introduced, largely to comply with Anti Money Laundering Legislation.

I take it you are not aware, that there are a vast number of reasons your funds can be placed on hold, and that holds can also be triggered by any number of external agencies.

In your case though, the most likely reason for funds being placed on hold, are you being a new/infrequent seller.

When you sign up to anything, you need to be passionate about the T&C's,  if not you get caught up with issues that you are not aware of,  such as payment holds.
