Hi,

I am new to selling on ebay. I listed my first item and it sold quickly,  the customer picked it up from my place, however, i wasn't aware of the fact that i have take a code or scan a barcode on there phone. Now that the customer have the item and not responding to my message, what should I do to get my payment which is on hold.

Mark the item as sent.

 

As a new seller your payment will be on hold for 30 days anyway.

 

Assuming you have properly signed up for Managed Payments.

 

I don't have the app and thus have no access to the QR code, but as a regular seller I get my money every Tuesday.

You might want to put in your listing that it's for one wheel only. Otherwise someone might be expecting 4.
