If they contacted ebay their account could now be flagged for future sale violations.

I assume you used another account, as the purchase you mention doesn't appear among the items you sold in the last 90 days.

There was a listing ended, as opposed to sold, for same/similar item. Seems seller saved about $30 ebay fees.

Edit: Oops, sorry, should've read to top before making a comment.

So you lied to ebay about ending the listing because it was 'broken or lost'.

You've 'stiffed' ebay of around $38 in fees, but that's ok by you?

How many other sales did you make on the same day, but ended for the wrong reason?

You've now alerted ebay of your actions and they may still bill you for their fees owing.

They may also stop you from selling at all.

I think it's called Karma.

Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy | eBay

Feeding you family and paying bills can be done through charitable organisations if you are in desperate need.

Local Court Houses have a Salvation Army Officer who dispenses monies collected by way of fines to those who show a need.  They will pay your bill.

LOL - probably not if this person turns up in the labels listed.

So selling outside of Ebay and you hope Ebay help you,  hopefully they ban you from using the system.

Your bills and food is your problem not Ebays.

Just click completed only not sold it will show seller ended listings without sales

Doing that, I can still only see the sold listing for the bag. I can't see any other ended items. Maybe ebay removed them and hopefully flagged their account at the same time.

I just checked and the unsold completed listings are gone. There was maybe 5-8 showing unsold.

Yes brickworks, saw that myself.  The RM Williams shoes were among them.  What a charmer

OP really is a charmer,   I am concerned by the 2nd last sentence, which no one has mentioned. just what are the ways they dont wont to do.

Keyboard warrior.

I once had a (5 letters, starts with T ends in L) promise to visit me with some bikie mates. Didn't know my name nor my address, only the city. Crickets.

And eBay no longer seem to give out addresses if pickup is selected, so the OP is unlikely to know where the alleged miscreant lives.
