Why do you need to phone eBay?

Not sure what you mean by you have 'supposedly sold an item' your completed listing show you have had four sales in the past week

If the buyer has paid, you need to send the item within the handling time you stated

As you are considered a 'new seller' since you have not sold in so long, your funds will be on hold for 30 days, as you agreed to when you listed

IF you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and were verified before you sold

Otherwise the funds have nowhere to go
