You should be able to request to speak to a real person in that chatbot

Is it something other members can assist with?

Is about about your funds being held as you are an 'infrequent' seller?

Is it in regard to the neg from the item that never arrived with no communication?  (and if so, did that happen while you had your 'away' banner up?)
