I have been selling on eBay for over 20 years and have always been able to resolve all problems that have come up. I always admit if I make an error in my listing and have it written in my listing “ to please contact me if I have overlooked a flaw etc “
I have always found people to be understanding in the past
i have never left Negative Feedback as you never know what is going on in peoples lives, and everybody makes mistake ! Thankfully there are other members of eBay who think like me
Really, 20 years isnt an excuse for selling and listing smelly items, and than give yourself an out by saying its the buyers fault for not contacting you because you have some silly fine print, saying they should contact you if you made a mistake in your listing.
Obviously the buyer didnt think like you and gave a negative
