You should be able to mark as not sent. If you have previously using the tracking number, it won't be available.

Maybe contact the buyer with the relevant information. That's what I do when I stuff up.

If you go search for your sold and sent items,  under the tracking number there is an edit option, select that and it allows you to update it.
