If you mean as a seller, you don't.     Buyers can pay ebay via a number of means, including afterpay, but it does not matter how the buyer pays, as sellers are paid via ebays managed payments.

Some of your listings have "cash on pickup" so in those cases Afterpay is not available.

As GP said, Afterpay is otherwise available automatically.
