I recently sold an engine on ebay for $2500 and the transaction went smoothly, until l received a statement from ebay with selling charges of $662.55

Two separate charges of $335.30 and $327.25

I am very annoyed, had l know this prior l would never have used ebay to sell.

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact ebay, but they are uncontactable, and do not have a current email address.

I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, and had it resolved without contacting consumer affairs.
