No it is your responsibility to send a working unit,  it's not up to him to try to fix faults.

Hopefully they open a case, and you are forced to take responsibility.  And it doesnt matter if you have already transferred the funds,  Ebay will still extract funds from your account, and if no funds you will be in debt, with subsequent consequences.

Hi, yes i am helping and unfortunately the controller is connected to a different console, so i told him to reset the controller. Dont take it too deep, why do you want me to take a case? Nope? I will help him and not get a refund, i am deeply taking responsibility and helping my best so he can fix the solution. Its not the controller isnt working its just that he needs to reset it. If you are helping him, why not help him, if your not even gonna help and putting unnecessary words for me to get in trouble just dont make a comment up, that easy!.

Also my topic is to ask how to stop the dispute and how i can fix the controller, i have now found the solution and in contact with the buyer so dont take these stuff so deep like you wanting my to take consequences 🙂

I did say that, i said it is probably connected to another console and he isnt trying.

At this stage you should just tell the buyer to open an item not as described  case. Accept the return & refund the buyer.

Btw... nowhere in your description did you state you "don't do refunds"... not that it matters as there is no such thing as "no refunds" on eBay.

Alr, he said he will try one more time, he didnt read my messages since i saw ur solution saying it’s probably the controller connected to the console, if he tries and still doesnt work ill prob just do a refund for him, im not bothered anymore to take this further.

They may never have replaced the controller before so hopefully this will work out. If you do end up having to refund I always get the item returned even though it costs extra for the return postage.

Okay, ill prob just tell him to refund and return it, he is trying to see if he can fix it a couple more times, if he says it still doesnt work ill just tell him to refund and return it.

It may be worth mentioning to check it is fully charged as well.

Ohh thank you, im not that good with these gaming stuff and besides im selling this for one of my friends, ill make sure he needs to see if its fully charge as well
