Non pickup

I sold an item well over 18 months ago.

The buyer paid me immediately. However, after many messages to pick it up, which he agreed to. It still hasn't been picked and I've had no contact from for over 12 months! 

Can I resell? Want the item gone.

Any help would be appreciated

Having had no reply for over 12 months - who knows what has happened.

 

I'd sell it again.

 

If the original buyer eventually contacts - which after this time I very much doubt - refund.

Disagree.  Refund it.  then resell it.  Selling an item twice is not okay

Refund after deducting eBay fees, storage costs, recompense for time spent attempting contact...

 

ie - Nothing.

 

If a buyer stuffed me around for 18 months, they wouldn't get a cent back. Which wouldn't happen - I'd have resolved the issue before 6 months had passed.

 

It is legal to keep the money after this time, and not immoral or unethical.

 

The buyer obviously doesn't care.

Seems comprehension is not a strong point.

 

The item was sold 18  - I repeat 18 months ago - the last contact was  over 12 months ago.
