Have not had to use Live Chat for quite a while.  Plenty of posts claiming waste of time, never ending loop in auto chat etc.

Just used it to sought out a problem, connected to live agent within 3 minutes.

Just as simple as it has ever been, and CS could not have been more helpful, problem fully resolved.
