I am not happy with eBay holding my payments. 

there is no process to request a review.

There is no compensation for withholding seller funds and fees for postage against these held funds are withdrawn from my account, there is a double dipping on these funds as eBay is holding the payment from the buyer.

I will be writing a submission to the ACCC to review bays payment and charges policy in relation to my account.
