I have a buyer that wants to do two payments over 2 weeks

No.

You have Afterpay and Zip enabled on your listings.

That means that you get paid in full, but the buyer has to pay them (whoever they choose) in instalments.

Maybe they can pay with Paypal - Pay in 4

You still get paid in full.
