Yes! I'm also unable to duplicate or edit my inventory and templates. Started happening a couple of days ago. The ebay rep I contacted, told me to delete some, which has not worked and was a rubbish suggestion.
I can still add new listings to inventory, so clearly I don't have too many.
Was also told to stop listing new items from templates, and just use Sell Similar from existing listings. More rubbish advice, and completely contrary to what I've been told in the past.
I think eBay is falling apart, for good this time.
