My new Account was permanently suspended due to ID verification. Due to one name i have to submit same name in first name and last name as it was must to enter but then sudden email came that account was terminated permanently . I made calls and email to and told them the reason that AI must have flagged my account due to this issue, but gentlemen was just repeating the same sentence which was written in the email. Anyway, it was really bad experience and really unprofessional behaviour to not even review the account.
