these are images of funds on hold.. I never knew a payment was sent.. 

To gain access to these funds do I just need to add a bank account. 

U haven't used this ebay account for over a year and today was sent a text from debt collector of account being in the red.

Im concerned by adding a bank account the 237 from dispute fees will be debited from account and the funds from sale won't actually be sent..
