What if the buyer doesn't want their email or phone number on the parcel?

Forgetting about AI information found on Google,  has anyone actually checked everything  out with Australia Post ?

It's ONLY for MyPOST BUSINESS customers  or ePARCELS so won't be relelevant ..

General People can continue sending exactly as they are

Thank you, got the email today but it wasn't clear how they collect the information (I'm not a fan of putting phone numbers or email addresses on the parcel for privacy reasons)

It's only business customers that need to add emails not the general public so continue doing what you're doing
