How do you do that?  I looked up the notes and it said they never remove unless it's abusive

Mine was removed through email contact, though most will say they've only had success by ringing and talking to the right person (some follow a canned script, apparently - when I first sent the email to request removal, 24 hours later I was really impatient about not getting a response, so I went to live chat. The guy I spoke to insisted there was no way the neg could be removed. I left the chat quite abruptly, then not long after he had messaged me directly with the process to apply for removal! But not long after the I received a reply to my first email telling me the neg was removed successfully).



I'd start with an email, anyway - I think it's better to email Trust & Safety directly rather than general customer support.
