As cat said, tell the buyer that there is no buyer protection using PayPal on pick up items, so kindly pay cash on pick up. That's the normal ebay procedure for pick up items.

If you want you can unmark as paid, but better to leave it so they don't pay via PayPal. Also means no PayPal fees for you.
