Your buyer is entitled to a receipt for their records showing the correct amount and to prove they purchased from you (in case the items turn out to be stolen .... not that I am suggesting they are 🙂 ).

Once you untick paid and edit the postage to Pick-Up $0 then in Basic mode you should be able to send another invoice or just write/type a receipt to give the buyer when it is paid.

If you are not in basic mode then go to your Sold folder and scroll down. On left had side of the screen you will see:
