Well I have springcleaned the house - had a sleep  - here it is another day, nothing has changed, I still feel awful

I have sent an email to the buyer asking if they will consent to a feedback revision, I presume I have to do that first.    Not much hope.

I see in the feedback system if you are going to leave a negative, it says "before leaving this feedback, please contact your seller", well that didn't happen.     It would be great if that was compulsory somehow, it might save a lot of negatives in the first place.
