Hi Curraone,
IYou are right, too right it hurts! I had a similiar situation to you recently for what was also my first neg, and a very unfair one as well.
Buyer interstate bought a pick up only item that was clearly stated as such. I emailed them and checked they weren't able to pick up (they might have been visiting interstate for all I know) and that I could arrange for a mutual cancellation, they would just need to agree when asked by ebay. Buyer agreed and I gave them a full refund. 1 week later I got a negative feedback from them with the added bonus of marking me very low in two categories: 'item as described' and 'communication'. All because buyer didn't read the listing properly.
I didn't like my chances of asking the buyer to consider revising and I also read the ebay policy for feedback removal and although I wasn't sure what my chances were, I emailed ebay and asked for removal, which they did, both the comment and the detailed seller ratings. Based on this I feel you also have a chance because your comment reflects something clearly stated on your listing.
Good luck with it.
