Not hard to set up and it would then allow the seller to follow up on any dispute before Ebay needed to be contacted thus less work for ebay and more communication and hopefully better resolutions between Buyer and Seller.



 


????  Why should eBay needed to be contacted?  If item is not received, then the buyer needs to contact seller, and if the seller does not refund or replace, then PP claim is opened.  There is NO work for eBay.
