You should call ebay as they have removed negs when the buyer has agreed to a mutual cancellation and then left a neg.



 


Why would eBay even allow the buyer to leave a neg after the buyer had the choice to agree to the cancellation. Maybe eBay should add an option where it clearly states that the cancellation was due to the buyer's fault (for any number of reasons), which would also not give them the option to leave any negative feedback.


 


An unpaid item case is very negative in itself, IMO... but a mutual cancellation is meant to be positive, when the seller has done no wrong, that is. It's actually trying to help the buyer out...
