When I first started buying on ebay it wasnt what it is today. A lot of items had to be bought from USA, as here in Aust. there wasnt much, so because of buying from the USA and because the USA is so far away, I thought it was best to let the seller know that item had arrived.

Now, it is just something that I automatically do and now I rarely by from the USA.

I honestly believe, it is good to let the seller know that you have the item and all is well.
