The buyer did pay but obviously hadn't read the listing properly as it was pick up only and QLD to VIC is a long way to do local pick up, which is why I contacted the buyer to offer the cancellation & refund, which we did.  The neg came later.


 


When I received the neg, I emailed ebay and they did remove it - problem solved - was just letting the OP know that feedback can be removed in some instances, and to give it a try!
