You can always ask ebay to have it removed...

I neg someone who sold me something that was badly scratched and didnt work...but was described as "excellent...looked after by owner " !!! I kindly asked them for a refund and they said ...No!!!

I wrote in the feedback  "not excellent as described broken and scratched..refund refused...fair enough I thought !!! Not so thought ebay...they deleted it and sent her an email saying that it was removed due to their feedback abuse policy  WTF!!!!  I now get abusive emails from this seller  too just to add insult to injury lol

So give it a go....if they removed this feedback thay may remove yours !!!
