How is it so that a buyer can lie when he leaves neg feedback but when a seller tells the truth ebay remove the comment the seller gets a neg feedback for doing the right thing and the buyer still gets to keep a poss feedback but the comment has been removed i think ebay should have a hard look at this system as its not working fairly for the sellers....
unless a buyer has said they broke it how can a seller state as fact (ie; the truth) that that is what happened?
It this case it is good that it can be removed.As a buyer I KNOW that if I receive an item that is broken and/or not as described that is the truth..For a seller to indicate ( and state for others to see) that I am being dishonest would really be unprofessional on their part.I look at comments like that and think....if there is a problem the seller is not going to believe me and in fact is going to publicly accuse me of being dishonest .Poor form
