I've been reading the boards and considering if I want to sell ..
Likewise,I also read these boards and ask myself if I want to buy .
I may not be the only one doing this?
For that reason it may benefit everyone if people respected what these boards are for (ie;it is not CS) therby showing buyers ,like myself that they respect the rules and other members .It's easy for sellers when they see a buyer come in and post who they wish to add to a BBL ....but for a seeing similar from a seller posting with a private id ...their response MAY just be not to buy at all...which is not good for business.I hope that everyone can respect others right to do business and consider what they post and how that looks .
I clearly see where you're coming from.
As for myself I'm a reasonably frequent Ebay buyer with only 1 ever Ebay sale to my credit, and to be totally honest I see any form of selling to be a bit like fishing.
With fishing you can either dangle a bit of dead bait out and sit to see if a fish swims by that's hungry enough to take the bait, just as I see general Ebay selling being, or you can climb in a boat and head off to where a lot of fish hang out in the same area and stick a livebait or lure on your line so you stand a far better chance of catching a fish or three, that's how I sell on the markets with my spruker patter. I works pretty well for me.
Then there's the Ebay sellers who are very good at making their bait look bloody fantastic to every fish for miles around and has some sort of fish attracting scent to it so it draws them to the baits..
They're the Songqi's of the Ebay world, and I for one do not doubt she is a genuine person and genuine in the Ebay sales figures she puts here because her business obviously works on the Chinese method of small profit per item but bigger numbers of sales overall
It's a matter of which way selling suits the individual.
I only wish others could see that there's more than one way to go fishing, and each method brings differing results, but there's nothing wrong with any method, so why keep on calling the successful sellers names. It makes no sense to me.
